ATA Freight Line, Ltd. has earned recognition as a Partner-level supplier for 2014 and was inducted into the Supplier Hall of Fame in the John Deere Achieving Excellence Program. Hall of Fame status is given after a supplier attains a Partner-level rating for five consecutive years. The Partner-level status is Deere & Company’s highest supplier rating. The New York-based company was selected for the honor in recognition of its dedication to providing products and service of outstanding quality as well as its commitment to continuous improvement.
Suppliers who participate in the Achieving Excellence program are evaluated annually in several key performance categories, including quality, cost management, delivery, technical support and wavelength, which is a measure of responsiveness. John Deere Supply Management created the program to provide a supplier evaluation and feedback process that promotes continuous improvement.
ATA Freight Line, Ltd. is a provider of freight forwarding, logistics and warehousing services to John Deere at several regions around the world.
ATA Impex, sister company of ATA Freight Line, has been selected as a recipient of a John Deere Supplier Innovation Award for 2014. The award is presented to a select group of suppliers who have demonstrated innovation in a product or service they provide to John Deere.
Award selections are based on four factors – creativity, feasibility, collaboration, and bottom-line impact. John Deere created the Supplier Innovation Awards to promote innovation in the company’s supply base and recognize suppliers who think creatively.
ATA Impex logistics center based in Pune, India supplies 3PL services, packaging and logistics optimization solutions to John Deere.
ATA Group of Companies CEO & Chairman, Mr. CJ Oguzhan, accepted awards for both companies during formal ceremonies held on March 4th in Moline, IL at Deere HQ. "My warmest congratulations to ATA Team on this wonderful achievement," Mr. Oguzhan said.

John Deere Supply Management created the program in 1991 to establish a process of supplier evaluation and feedback and to promote continual improvement.
ATA Freight line had been awarded Partner Level Supplier status for the fiscal year 2010 as well. With this year's award, ATA Freight Line is now marked as one of the rare logistics suppliers for Deere & Company to have received the award for two consecutive years. The back-to-back awards are especially notable, as they include ATA Freight Line's inaugural year in the Deere & Company program.

The ISO 9001:2008 standard focuses on several quality management requirements including: the ability to consistently provide product that meets customer and applicable regulatory requirements, enhancing customer satisfaction through effective application of the system, and continual improvement of the system. Coordinated by ATA Freight Line's Environmental and Safety Service, the company achieved this important milestone through an evaluation of ATA's ongoing adherence to strict international laws, and a fluid integration of an up-to-date management system.
